Designed with flexibility in mind, the DDEC Conference Centre provides a suite of meeting and training facilities of the highest standard to suit most events. The audio visual provision is second to none in each of the rooms with dedicated support available. The larger rooms are all air-conditioned.
Earn Room
Earn Floorplan
A light and airy meeting room, which can accommodate up to 22, board room style. The Earn room can be used in conjunction with the Tay Suite to provide a spacious hospitality area for larger events.
Tay Suite
A flexible hospitality area and informal meeting space. Can easily host a reception for up to 25 or, when combined with the Earn, up to 90.
Ericht Meeting Room

A smaller meeting room with capacity to seat up to 8.
Almond Lecture Theatre

Has capacity to seat up to 60 theatre style. It affords natural daylight and when combined with the Isla Seminar room, this space can seat up to 90, or provide a large area in which to host a reception, dinner or even an exhibition.
Isla Seminar Room
Isla Floorplan
Seats 20 theatre style or 12 in a boardroom layout which makes the Isla Seminar Room an ideal space for smaller events or training courses. It also has the capability to combine with the Almond Lecture Theatre.
Rooms can be booked in any combination and our team are happy to advise on the most suitable options. Potential users are welcome to tour the Centre prior to making any booking.
